Document processing
WatermarkPDF does not receive, upload, or store the PDFs, images, signatures, stamps, watermark text, or redaction selections you use in the editor. Processing happens in browser memory.
Local storage
Recent watermark reasons may be stored in your browser. Signatures and stamps are session-only unless you explicitly choose “Remember on this device,” in which case they are stored in IndexedDB on that device. Use “Clear all saved data” to remove these records.
Advertising on the public site
The public information site at watermarkpdfonline.com uses Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device information, and page-request data to serve and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and—where you consent—personalize ads. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google's partner-sites notice and manage ad personalization in My Ad Center. Where required, the site displays consent choices before personalized advertising is used.
The private editor is separate
The editor at app.watermarkpdfonline.com contains no AdSense, analytics, or other third-party scripts. Its network-denying policy remains in place, and document contents are never sent to Google or advertising partners.
Hosting logs
Like most static hosting and network providers, Vercel and Cloudflare may process routine request information such as IP addresses and user-agent strings to deliver and secure the site. Those requests fetch application assets; the editor does not transmit document contents.
Optional native-app purchases
The iOS and Android apps process documents inside the application sandbox. Apple or Google processes an optional Pro purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app identifier and purchase history needed to show products, verify a purchase, restore access, and measure subscription performance. RevenueCat does not receive documents, scans, signature images, seals, watermark text, or exported files.
